Guidelines for speakers:
The speakers may use their own laptop or one provided by the organizers.
Plenary talk:
40 minutes + 10 minutes for discussion
Invited talk:
25 minutes + 5 minutes for discussion
Contributed talk:
12 minutes + 3 minutes for discussion
Presentation guidelines
A computer with MS Powerpoint 2013 and a recent version of Adobe Acrobat Reader will be provided for presentations. We kindly ask the speakers to upload the presentations to the computer during breaks before sessions.
Alternatively, the speakers can use their own laptops, compatible with VGA video connectors. In that case, we kindly ask to test the computers in breaks before sessions.
Poster guidelines
Boards will fit posters up to A0 format (841 mm horizontal x 1189 mm vertical). Adhesive tape will be provided.
