Compound Semiconducot Week (CSW) will be held in Lund, Sweden, from June 3-6 this year. CSW is one of the leading conferences in semiconductor science, technology and applications. Our Institute will be represented by prof. Michal Boćkowski, who will deliver an invited paper titled "Breaking Barriers with GaN: Crystal Growth and Ultra-High-Pressure Annealing Strategies."

A week later, on June 10-12, the GaN Marathon 2024 meeting will be held in Verona, Italy, where the latest developments in nitride semiconductor technology will be discussed. Here, too, our Institute will be represented by prof. Michal Boćkowski, who will deliver an invited paper titled "GaN-on-GaN Technology from the Perspective of Materials Science."
