Information about leasing Ammono company by the Institute of High Pressure Physics Polish Academy of Sciences (IHPP PAS) appeared on the website more than a year ago . At that time the company was run by a court-appointed liquidator. The leasing period finishes end of June 30, 2018.

We are pleased to inform you that a new paper, entitled Basic ammonothermal growth of Gallium Nitride – State of the art is available online. Challenges, perspectives, and progress in ammonothermal technology as well as properties of Ammono-GaN crystals and substrates are described in detail. Our results were published in a very prestigious journal (5-Year Impact Factor: 4.028  ) Progress in Crystal Growth and Characterization of Materials.
