Like every year, we will participate in the International Conference on Light-Emitting Devices and Their Industrial Applications (LEDIA). The 5th LEDIA will be held at Pacifico Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan, on April 19 – 21, 2017. This conference provides a platform for scientists and engineers to discuss progress and future trends in the rapidly advancing science and technology of wide bandgap semiconductors for LEDs and their applications. Their applications for visible and ultraviolet LEDs and LDs are also included in the scope of this meeting.

Gosia Iwińska will represent our Institute, presenting her invited lecture entitled HVPE as a method for crystallizing GaN with low background impurity concentration with controllable doping – highly conductive n-type and semi-insulating material.
