Invited lecture on Photonics West

The world's largest multidisciplinary event focusing on photonics technologies, Photonics West, will be held in San Francisco (USA) from 28th January to 2nd February 2017. The conference entitled Gallium Nitride Materials and Devices XII will be open by our young researcher Tomek Sochacki.
During his invited lecture he will be talking about recent progress in HVPE-GaN growth.
