Institute of High Pressure Physics purchases MOCVD reactors for its nitride R&D from Japanese company Taiyo Nippon Sanso Corp (TNSC).

TNSC’s senior corporate officer Kunihiro Kobayashi said that “Taiyo Nippon Sanso is looking forward to working with professor Michal Bockowski and the Unipress research community to further enhance its already great reputation as leaders in the field of nitride semiconductor research”.
